Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

KEY RESPONSIBLE

  • Responsible to handling daily operation for all E-commerce platform, from taking orders, verified payments, delivery to post sales services.
  • Create content marketing for websites, such as products, promotions and etc. and maintain activity on the websites.
  • Actively plan for, manage and implement various online campaign, activities and strategy for all ecommerce platforms
  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
  • Implementing various online marketing activities & strategy.
  • Seeking out new opportunities for online marketing campaigns.
  • To ensure smooth running of online business operations.
  • Effective handling of outgoing and incoming calls, email enquiries.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable marketing strategy for online and other platforms to increase traffic.

WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications / Advertising / Media / Business / Marketing / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

KEY RESPONSIBLE

  • Must have the skill of using Big Data to make business planning and decision for the eCommerce Department.
  • Lead a team of eCommerce in business strategy planning & implementation in online business platforms using his or her IT Skill in Big Data Analytics skills.
  • Conduct website analysis and assist in the maintenance and development of the online procedure guide and knowledge database.
